With a foundation built on over fifty years of combined expertise in diverse real estate sectors, our co-founders, Marc Koran and Raffaele Freddi, have dedicated themselves to developing properties that not only meet but anticipate market demands. Campus Habitations’ approach to addressing the national residential space shortage is both innovative and efficient, focusing on the rapid establishment of multi-residential campuses that are specifically designed to meet the needs of the workforce.
MARC KORAN
Marc is a real estate investor with properties in Alberta and Quebec, ranging from hotel, residential and commercial, to buy and hold, and flips. His passion is helping others, and is a cash investor advocate, helping with analysis, financing, investing, protecting and placing funds. He has earned double-digit returns for his partners, investors, and himself.
He invests in every venture alongside his partners, a strategy which allows diversity of risk, dollar-cost-averaging, and managing a variety of experiences. Over the last 14 years, he has transacted over 145 “doors” in Alberta and Quebec, with a value in excess of $45M.
Marc brings to the table 25 years of Computer Engineering experience, where he was the co-founder of multiple startups from online gaming, e-commerce, and online payments. An adaptive executive, he helped take companies from inception to exit, participating in product development, business intelligence, security, sales, and business development.
RAFFAELE FREDDI
Raffaele has over 35 years of experience in the strategic planning, development and execution of various real estate projects, on both a corporate and entrepreneurial level. Properties have encompassed the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors, and have involved partners from across Canada, the United States and Europe. From the start of his first real estate venture at the age of 17, he has been on project teams responsible for $1B+ in development, and has executed projects on his own account in excess of $50MM.
Raffaele has thorough expertise in the field. From strategic project envisioning and site selection, through the entire development process and on to sales and marketing and vested banking and partner relations, Raffaele has garnered the necessary knowledge and extensive understanding of all of the micro and macro elements that are essential to the execution of any successful real estate project.
